HOW DOES IT BENEFIT YOU? 

Pest Prevention Contracts are designed to prevent rats and mice from becoming established on your premises. They are only available to Business, and Commercial companies, and are tailored to your specific requirements. Unlike a single remedial treatment, a Pest Prevention Contract doesn’t just rid you of any current infestation, but also ensures that rats and mice don’t become established on your premises again in the future. 

Regular inspections throughout the year, and immediate action as and when required, ensure that any rodent activity within your premises is dealt with promptly and effectively.

Written reports issued to clients each time we visit ensures you are kept in touch with the situation. The report will tell you what we have found, what action we have taken, as well as advice on hygiene, and proofing. This information is a record that you are complying with any current regulations regarding Food Hygiene Legislation, Health & Safety etc

WHAT YOU GET

• Eight scheduled visits/inspections throughout the year at regular intervals.

• Additional visits at no extra cost (when required). Either through contact from yourself i.e.: as in a situation where a problem becomes apparent, which we are not aware of, or where we feel it necessary to make additional visits between scheduled visits.

• Professional Rodenticidal bait points around your premises. Insect monitor traps to detect any potential insect activity.

• Written reports with each visit informing you of the current status, and informing you of any necessary action you need to take.

• Emergency call – out is available 7 days a week.

• Discount on any other work we carry out which is not covered by the contract (i.e. Insect problems.

• The minimum term of the contract is 12 months.
